Conformity of goods

Nutmeg’s jewellery has made every effort to display the products as accurately as possible. We have also given product descriptions to the best of our ability. However, Nutmeg’s Jewellery cannot be held responsible for any slight colour variations that may occur.

All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of press and are quoted in pounds sterling and where appropriate are inclusive of VAT at the current rate (17.5%).

Privacy Policy

Personal details such as name and address, will not be shared with any third party, however Nutmeg’s Jewellery will retain these details for customer support. All card transactions are done online using Paypal® which will provide you with secure pages. Your card details will never be seen or stored by Nutmeg’s Jewellery or any other third party.

Returns Policy (incl. damaged/faulty goods)

Every effort will be made to ensure a high quality of your goods on dispatch. However, in the unlikely event that your goods arrive to you damaged, or you are not entirely satisfied, please inform us within 7 working days by emailing us at returns@nutmegsjewellery.co.uk. We can only accept items that have not been worn, used or altered.

**Please note that we cannot refund or exchange pieced earrings or knickers due to health and safety regulations**

We recommend you send all returns via recorded delivery, as Nutmeg’s Jewellery cannot be held responsible for any items lost in transit.

Delivery

All items will be sent via Royal Mail (UK Mainland only). The cost of Post and Packaging is subject to item type and size and will be added at the checkout. The majority of items are kept in stock and goods will be received within 2 – 5 working days.

**Delivery price guidelines are as follows: Large items e.g Bags £2.50, Medium size items e.g Tiaras £2.00, Small items e.g. earrings £1.50. Prices listed are charged per item and are to be used only as a guideline. Other items may inccur costs not displayed above.**
