Returns Policy

Returns Policy (incl. damaged/faulty goods)

Every effort is made to ensure the high quality of your items and all orders are checked by hand by one of our team before dispatch. However, we understand that there may be a time when you feel you need to return or exchange something you have bought. All of our items are covered by a 14 Day Money Back Guarantee. With the exception of pierced earrings due to hygiene reasons.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your product you may return it to us for a full exchange or refund (less any delivery charges). Any voucher discounts will also be deducted. Items that are returned must be new, unused and in all their original packaging.

Faulty Item:

In the rare case that you receive a damaged or faulty item please notify us at returns@nutmegsjewellery.co.uk within 3 days of receipt of item. In this email please make sure you give your name, address, order number, product details and your reason for returning the item. Please also let us know whether you would like a refund or replacement.

Wrong item:

In the rare case that you receive the wrong item please notify us at returns@nutmegsjewellery.co.uk within 3 days of receipt of item. In this email please make sure you give your name, address, order number, product details and your reason for returning the item. Please also let us know whether you would like a refund or replacement.

We recommend that you send all returns via recorded delivery or obtain a free 'Certificate Of Posting' as Nutmeg’s Jewellery cannot be held responsible for any items lost in transit.
