Delivery Policy

Nutmeg's Jewellery Ltd always aim to have your order to you within 2-3 working days of acceptance of the order. All orders are sent Royal Mail 1st Class or Recorded delivery as standard. You have the option to upgrade your delivery at checkout to Next Day delivery. We cannot guarantee that orders placed on a Friday, for next day delivery, will arrive before Monday. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery times outside of the UK.

Please note: all orders requested for special delivery must be placed before 13:00hrs or it may be dispatched the next day for special delivery.

Pre Order

Items that are available on pre order are clearely marked so in the item description. Pre order means that you can reserve the product and it will be delivered to you as soon as it arrives at our warehouse. Please note that you will be charged at point of order. We will always give an estimated delivery time in the product descritpion, however, this is approximate and delivery times may be longer due to shipping delays. If for any reason we can not fulfil your pre order we will fully refund your card. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, we will happily offer you online store credit for nutmegsjewellery.co.uk.

FREE Delivery on all orders over £50

Southern Ireland & Europe:

Royal Mail signed for: £5.95

USA & Canada: 

Royal Mail signed for: £6.95         

Rest of The World:      

Royal Mail Signed For: £9.95  

With all overseas orders any additional custom charges must be paid for by the recipient

In the rare case that your item is lost or late arriving please contact us immediately at info@nutmegsjewellery.co.uk so that we can take up your case with the royal mail.

Press or Celebrity Items

Any item that has been in the press or worn by a celeb may take longer for delivery but if this is the case we will notify you immediately.
